STEP 1— THE MANAGER INITIATES PR IN WDTP. WORKDAY LAUNCHES THE FOLLOWING AT THIS TIME:  

WD sends Employee Self-Evaluation + WD sends Peer Evaluation if you click that option and then select the peers
 
STEP 2— EMPLOYEE COMPLETES SELF-EVALUATION  + PEERS COMPLETE EVALUATION (IF REQUESTED)
Finding Feedback for an Employee – WDTP Job Aid for Mgr                                         
STEP 3— MANAGER REVIEWS EVALUATIONS AND ENTERS RATINGS/COMMENTS TO COMPLETE PR
(optional: upload supporting docs)
STEP 4— MANAGER PRINTS PR, CONDUCTS 1-ON-1 PR WITH EMPLOYEE, SUBMITS PR ON WDTP
STEP 5— WD SENDS PR TO EMPLOYEE FOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND (OPT)
Note: If Employee chooses "Acknowledge" the Review with Staff Requested  Amendments, the manager’s supervisor receives a notification
STEP 6— MANAGER ENTERS (OPT) LAST COMMENTS ON PR AND SUBMITS FINALIZED PR ON WDTP
STEP 7— EMPLOYEE ARCHIVES COMPLETED GOALS FOR THE PR YEAR
